My Spotify account page doesn't look how it should and doesn't have a "recover playlist" option

Hi there!

I've been trying to find a playlist i made recently that I've lost. I've looked in all the threads about "how to recover a playlist" but they all say the same thing: go to your account page and there will be a drop down menu on the left. However that is the problem, my account page doesn't look like any of the images of other people's and it doesn't look like any of my siblings accounts either. 

This is what my account page in the chrome web player browser currently looks like:

As you can see, there is no "menu on the left" and the only things available are "edit profile" "change my plan" and "sign out everywhere"

What is happening to my account and how can I fix it so that I can recover my playlist?

There appears to be no reported issues for Spotifys website right now according to the Spotify Status Twitter  which leads me to think we might need to try some remidies on your end. 🙂

It looks like this might be an issue with one of two things that I can think of:

• Browser orientation or display of the account page
• Internet issue

It might help to try updating your browser to the latest version if its on an earlier build (Or better yet try a completely different browser or device). 

Attempting to load the page on a different network, or using cellular service could also help resolve your issue. If its still displaying only portions of your account page definately let me know.
