My account has been suspended

Hey, my account has been suspended, 3 years ago I started to using Spotify, back then I didn’t know a lot about the platform nor the difference between free and premium plan, so few things didn’t work as I expected to I went to Facebook tech group and posted a post asking about these things, someone has taxed me directly and said that I need a premium account and said that he got one for free, he send me the email and password of it and I logged in, I found a account picture and some saved, public playlists, I asked the guy who give it to me about them and he said you can delete them , I deleted them and changed the account picture and I used it since then, I had no much time for entertainment so I didn’t use it lately, then when I got free time I open the app and it told me that I was logged out, I tried to log in but it keeps telling me wrong password or gmail, texted the support, they told me that it has been suspended due a report by the owner of payment method, I didn’t know anything about that because I’ve been using it for almost 3 years now so I did never know that there could be someone is paying or something, I told them that there’s a misunderstanding and I said I don’t know anything about that and I said that’s in the owner of the account and I gave the email and the password of the account and I showed them that I have connected the account to my discord account but they keep telling me to give them a proof that I’m the owner of the payment method, and I told them thousand of times that I don’t even know if it was mastercard or visa, please help me get my account back, I got more then 500 song on my Favorit playlist and all my music history is on this account, help me get rid of this payment method, I checked the subscription prices and I’ll subscribe on my own money, this account really means a lot to me I can’t just create another one.

I understand this situation can be frustrating, but if you can’t provide the necessary details to verify ownership, Spotify’s Customer Service won’t be able to help you regain access. These security steps are really important for keeping accounts safe and preventing unauthorized access.

 

Based on what you’ve shared, it sounds like the account may belong to someone else, which could explain the difficulty you’re having.

thats right im not the owner of the payment method and i dont know how it got into the account, but the account itself, it’s definitely my, i got the password and the email of it also all the playlists on this account belongs to me, i can prove it all, theres some old symphonies and unpopular songs on it and can name some of them to prove you thats my account, i the one who did put the profile picture (it was a symbol of the classic Riddler)

I mean if im not the owner of this account, what am i to it ? 
All i want is separate the account from this payment method, cant they just do that ? 
I mean its not that hard also I believe that there’s no owner of this payment method and its fake or just a glitch or whatever because id the owner was real how didnt he notice that he’s paying for a subscription that he knew nothing about until two/three year ?

i hope that clarifies the fact that im the one and only owner of this account
