My account is compromised

The only way I can access my spotify account is if I login with facebook, someone changed the email address and password on my account. I need it reset back to MY email. Please any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much.

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and Someone at Spotify should be able to help.

If you get an automated message; make sure to reply to it directly!

I can't because they email the person who hacked me, it doesn't even get to me.

Try using this form and put a working email address of yours in the box. Just be sure to include your Facebook email address in the message so they can locate your account. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
