My account seems erased

I logged in to Spotify this morning, like I usually do. But it started up in offline mode, so I could only listen to a few of my songs. I closed out spotify and restarded, but when the application opened back up all my songs, playlists etc were gone, as if I was a brand new user. Please help! How can I fix this? 

I've always logged in with my facebook account, but today it told me that I have invalid login credentials. What is going on?

Sounds like you may have a duplicate account. If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to lend a hand to get you back up and running again. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
