My email is not recognized as existing account even though I have one

When I try to connect, it says my login or password is incorrect. When I try to reset my password, it says my login does not exist. But then when I try to create an account with that same login, it says that an account already exists !!! So I am stuck, whatever method I try (Google, email or login).

If you’re still logged in on the website, you can try updating your email address through your Account page. You could also attempt logging in or resetting your password on another device to see if that helps.

 

If you’re still having trouble, I recommend reaching out to Support for further assistance.

There is a bug on Spotify as stated in my previous message. Resetting
password or logging does not work

Yes you are right. I asked help from the support team and they told me my
account had been blocked because of suspicious activity. They have solved
the problem now. Thx.

My Question or Issue

When I try to log in, I get a notification that the password is incorrect.
When I try to recover the password, I receive a notification that no account is registered with this email.
When I try to sign up, it says that an account is already registered with this email.

I created an account a while ago with another email but didn't use it.

Now I want to access it, but this happens:

 

  1. I try to log in and it says it's the wrong password.
  2. I go to reset and it says my account doesn't exist.
  3. I go to create a new account with the email and it says the email is already being used.

Can someone help me? I'm lost ^^'

 

When I log into Spotify it say the wrong password and I know it's the right password
