My friend wants to upgrade to Premium, can't because she's moved to another country

My friend cried out for help yesterday. She has moved from England to Sweden and now wants to upgrade her account from Unlimited to Premium.

But for whatever reason, she can't upgrade. She tells me that in order to change her account, she first needs to change her country, but is unable to do so because she needs to fix her paying settings. And she can't change that either if she don't change her country first.

Is there any explanation for this? Did she or I miss something?

Ooiman - Welcome to the Community! What country is her payment card from? If it's British the country in her account will need to stay as the UK. If it's Swedish, she'll need to change the country over.
