My husband tried to add me to his Duo account, how to update address?

My husband tried to add me to his duo account by sending me an invite but it won’t work because it says it can’t verify we live together. If I need to update my address for this purpose how do I do this?

Hello, I’m having the same issue. My boyfriend, who lives with me, can’t log into our duo account after sending an invite. The message states something in the line of “you need to be living in the same country”, even though the address he gives is the same as what I’ve previously given.

Can you ask your boyfriend to check his account page to make sure that his account country is the same as yours before attempting to join your Duo plan? The error message he gets makes me think this is what's causing the issue. Also, it's a good idea if he's at the physical address when accepting the invite and not traveling. 

If everything looks alright on his account page, you can send him a new invite link to try again. He can also try opening the link in an incognito/private window (preferably in a browser on a PC).
