My playlists are gone!

Could somone please help me here! i'm talking a lifetime of savings of playlists, i am really confused atm, please help!

I've used both facebook and spotify to login still the same prob.

You need to follow the instructions in this topic to get this issue resolved, including contacting customer support as a last step if you can't resolve this using those instructions.

In which case I would suggest you drop the customer support team a message using the online contact form and someone will be able to assist you.
