My playlists are gone!

I opened Spotify when I got home from and noticed that all my playlists were gone. I checked my phone to see if it was just my computer but they were gone there aswell.

I tried doing this but it didn't work, I also sent a message to the costumer service but that was four days ago and I still haven't recieved an answer.

Can someone help me?

When you got in touch, did you get an automated reply pointing you towards the community or help pages?
