NUS discount/Update card details

I have been taking advantage of NUS discount but due to a faulty bank card my card details have changed..How do I update this info and still get the 50% discount? Saying my code is already in use...

The quickest way to get this resolved is to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to make sure everything gets set up nicely for you. Normally if you are using the same account as before you shouldn't need to enter your card details again, but its worth a check anyways!

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
