Need password for Sonos and iPad but don't get any e-mail reply from Spotify

Hello Spotify,

 

I need the password so that i can add my new Sonos system but i do not get any reply on my hotmail? (I have checked my spam)

Can you check if something is wrong?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Quickest way to get this sorted will be if you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into your account for you, and possibly manually send the email.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
