Nielsen Analytics Opt-out

Looking for a definitive solution to preventing Nielsen Analytics from acquiring my information has been infuriatingly difficult. To this day the issue has not been resolved or even addressed by Spotify support which is frankly insulting.

I've been paying for this account for four years, I'm entitled to a response or at the very least, the rescinding of a lie Spotify made when they stated there is an opt-out feature in app settings.

I'm teetering on the edge of deleting my account and moving forward with a company who cares for my privacy and continued business.
