Not able to upgrade to Premium account

Not able to upgrade to Premium account

Hello there,

 

I have just opened a free Spotify account  and as I don't want ads I opted to go for the Premium with the Free 30 day trial. I put in my credit card details (I have enough money in it) and it then tells me I have already used up my Free 30 days trial period. Was this because I had Spotify a couple of years back? Not sure anyhow, I cancelled at that time.

 

A short while later, I went back and again put in my bank details and clicked to place the order but nothing happened. No message on the screen, it simply takes me back to the same page except there's now no information in the payment fields. I have done this 3 times and nothing.

 

My subscription page still says I'm using the Free version but now I'm worried Spotify has taken money out 3 times!!!  I'm not happy with this. I want the Premium service and I have to say I am not impressed with what I've been experiencing. I hope someone can help as I would like to sign up and get on with using Spotify Premium.

To answer your question, unfortunately if you've had premium before then you are not eligible for the free 30 day trial 😞

 

Now concerning the 3 payments, could you please look at this page for me and check if when your next payment is due? see as you went through the subscription process 3 times, you were charged 3 times, but not to worry, chances are you have 3 months of premium 🙂
