Only one country on the list. Can't pick another location.

I'm trying to change my location on my free account, so I can keep using Spotify after moving countries. On my account settings I can get there, the location part. But once I click it, the only available option is my previous country. I can't change it. How can I select another country if they are not on the list?

Also, please make sure you're not using any kind of VPN on your device, since that can cause issues like this.
