Over charged

Over charged

About a month ago my account was being cancelled, due to a late bill. I payed the bill, but in the mean time i upgraded to the family plan during that time. So spotify is trying to charge me even though my new bill isnt due till December 21st.

The quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

 

If you let them know as much as you can about your problem, they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP.
