I'm a student who recently upgraded to the family subscription b/c I have an ipod, ipad, iphone, and a Mac and I can't play music on all 4 devices without them erasing my downloads.  Now, I tried to link my devices so I can just retrieve a shared playlist from myself and all my music has disappeared.  I'm logged out on all of my devices and now I  don't have music on anything.

 

I resent having to wait for a response but hope so one can help me with this problem asap.

Hey there, help's here!

 

In this case, we'd recommend deleting your offline devices by heading here.

Then, uninstall the app and remove the SD card (if applicable). After this, reinstall the app following these steps.
