Hi there, 

3 payments have left my bank account for Spotify this month, and I'm still getting the error message of "We've been unable to renew your subscription because of a payment problem..."

How do I resolve this?

If you go to the following link

- https://www.spotify.com/us/

And select account you can view when your subscription will be renewed.  Potentially even though you haven't been charged, it could mean you will now have the subscription for three months.  If your account page doesn't show this follow the steps below.

Contact customer support.  

-I'm attaching the link below. 

-There will be a list of options to select and follow and if none resolve your problem select the "I still need help option". 

-Here you'll be able to tell customer service what's going on and they will help you quickly resolve the issue.
