Password reset not working

I tried signing up when I learned you can  now use spotify without Facebook. (Only reason I have Facebook account is for Spoitfy). The day I tried to sign  up I got a bunch of "Username not available" messages. I waited until the next day and tried again and it now said "That email address is in use" I click on forget password and it sends a link to my email to reset it with my username. That link says

Seems this took a while

You have been logged out for security reasons, please click the reset link in the email you recieved again to continue.

I then tried the password reset at https://www.spotify.com/us/password-reset/ i get a message that "The email address you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account." and I can't sign up with my email address again. "That email address is already in-use"

I sent in an email about this on April 5th and I still have not heard back from Spotify. I am really getting tired of waiting for a reply to get this fixed.

Thank you Sam! I can log into spotify now.

Any way I can find out if I already paid for the premium version of Spotify? I have had trouble logging in also.

If you can log into your account you can view your current subscription status on your online overview.
