Password reset trouble (verified address, signed up pre-facebook)

I'm a fairly early spotify adopter (I signed up before FBLogin was an option). I'm attempting to reset my account password.

• I've verified I have the email address correct by clicking my profile in the desktop app, and copy/pasting it into the password reset form (I've looked it over for potential typos-- it's definitely my email address. I've also tried just the username (hedgomatic)).
• I've checked my email's spam folder.
• I've tried several times over a period of several days.

Any advice much appreciated, as I need to update my payment info :]

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they should be able to help you manually reset the password. Sometimes the email system can be a little "confused", it is possible there is a duplicate account lurking in the system somewhere which might be causing issues. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
