Password suddenly not working, Reset link does not work

Hy,

My brothers password stopped working, so He did an email reset, the email arrives but the link doesnt open, have tried with Chrome, opera, firefox and edge browser to no avail. have also tried in Incognito mode and on mobile and still the link doesnt open.

the link start with wl.spotify.com and sometimes it is flagged by antivirus as suspicious link. I have tried opening the link on Mobile phone to n avail. its been 2 days,

Could your brother try to generate a new email by filling in his email address here? If you have trouble with opening the link from the new email that he gets, we'd also recommend giving it a shot on a different internet connection and not using a VPN if you are.

If you're not sure that you're receiving emails from Spotify you can follow the steps here to double-check with the right team.

I was not using a VPN, however the link only worked when i actually
installed VPN, i live in Dubai so i don't know what the issue is.

Since i fixed this yesterday i tried to delete this thread or mark as
solved but couldn't see ant button for that
