Payed for premium but not showing up?

Payed for premium but not showing up?

I've been subed. to Spotify for a few months now without any issue. I noticed today that I was back to a free user. I check my bank account and it shows that I payed for this months sub on the same day as always. Not sure what the issue is here?

Please try logging out then into the client 🙂

 

 

I have. It's still showing free user on both the website and the client.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
