Paying for months of Premium. Why am I still only Free?

Paying for months of Premium. Why am I still only Free?

This is getting ridiculous.  I've tried the contact form numerous times, but only get a standard no-reply response with no answer to my problem.  I've been paying for premium service for months, yet my account still says that I'm a Free user.

 

I can not tell you how infuriating this is.

Hi Joshua,

 

What's happened is that you managed to create a new Spotify account using your Facebook login. You are now logging into that.

 

1. Log of Spotify, and the website too.

2. When you log back in, make sure to use your Spotify username (josh**d*****s*******) and password

 

Let me know when you are logged in to your original account again.
