Payment issues

Spotify keeps charging 10 euro per month even though I have a free subscription, and I cannot cancel it cause in my account details it says that I have Spotify Free subscription... How can I stop it?

It's possible that you have two accounts currently. Maybe one was created with Facebook and one was created with a username and password. There could be something else entirely.

 

I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.

What's a Spotify Rock Star, and how do I become one?


I just found out that Spotify has been billing me for the Premium service on an account that I do not even use. This email address that is attached to this account isn't even a working email address anymore. I have now paid for 3 months of Premium Spotify and I havn't logged into this Spotify account for probably 4+ years. Can you help me?
