Paypal hacked, paypal refunded charges but they included spotify

My paypal was hacked. Paypal refunded all unauthorized charges but accidentally refunded spotify as well. I lost access to my account and premium. How can I get this back, I didn't want to dispute any charges related to spotify and this was a mistake. Can anyone help?

Signing in with another account to post this question. I would like access to my old account and student premium.

A chargeback disables the account the charge occurred on and switches it to the free version of Spotify.

If you feel there's been some confusion, you can contact Spotify. You may need to provide proof of account ownership, or purchase or payment details. It’s good to have these ready. 🙂
