Playlist Issues

Playlist Issues

Earlier this morning, I saw that there was a problem with my playlists. In particular, when I clicked on the main playlist I use, Spotify was a contributor on my playlist and I couldn’t filter MY playlist and all of the songs were un downloaded. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, which didn’t work, and I tried to do a clean uninstall which also didn’t work. I’m very confused as to how this even happened

Hey there @Jotify1

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community!

Based on what you mentioned, it looks like you've activated the Smart Shuffle on your playlist. To turn it off, you just need to tap on this icon until you see this . We can confirm that while the Smart Shuffle is on, some features might not be available such as filter or search within the playlist.

However, despite this feature being on, your songs should remain downloaded, but you won't be able to listen to them while in Offline mode. To listen to your downloaded content offline, you should turn the Smart Shuffle off.

That being said, would you mind give it another go and try to download your playlist again and see if it works? If the issue persists, could you send us a full screen screenshot of your playlist so we can see better what the app looks like on your end? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
