Playlists disappeared AND country changed

Hi, folks. I've seen some topics about playlists disappearing  but I have more complex problem: my country and birthdate is changed. To change that I theoretically have to change the billing system and I'm afraid to mess it all up.

To add up I have now a "how I met your mother" playlist there that I never had.

Anyone have any idea how to fix it?
