Please help - customer service not responding and can't use my account for a month now

Please help - customer service not responding and can't use my account for a month now

Over a month ago, my account was hacked into and after a lot of back and forth with customer service, my account was disabled for further investigation. Since May 5th, I haven't heard any updates on my situation and my account continues to be disabled. I paid for the entire year and have only so far been able to use my account for a month. I really need someone to help me. I tried sending several emails to customer serivce on the original thread and as new threads, but nobody is getting back to me. I am posting to this forum with another username than the problematic one as I cannot login with the incorrect one.

Thanks Grayson. Note that I had to register a new Spotify account to even be able to post to this forum (since I can't even log into my account currently). The username for the account in question is lesliepc16.

 

I've tried several times to contact customer service through the regular form, but I didn't receive any replies. Hopefully this time there'll be some help.. Thanks.
