Premium Account Hacked -- help needed

My Spotify Premium account has been hacked.  I can still log in via Facebook, but email and password have been changed.  I have tried numerous times to cancel the subscription, but it has not worked.  Need to cancel this account and subscription immediately.

I don't have any case numbers -- any emails are probably going to the hacker's account.  if someone can get in touch with me directly at spingeton at gmail that would be great
