Premium Account Hacked

Hello,

My previous account was hacked this morning. The user name and password have been changed. I have tried reaching out to the support email, however I am only getting automated responses for the last 2 hours and cannot seem to get anyone to assist. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it

Reply to the automated response to make sure your case reaches one of the support staff.

I have attempted multiple times on the response and have not gotten a response.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble getting in touch, would you be able to post your most recent case number here and we can make sure someone gets back to you asap? 

The case number is shown on screen when you get in touch as well as in the automated email reply you get to confirm case submission.
