What problems are you having with premium? Was the email directly from Spotify, or was it from the "no-reply" email? If it was the "no-reply" email, you can reply to it to speed things up a bit.
If you are paying for premium but not receiving it make sure your account matches the account liste on the receipt in your email.
@Isiw - Are you a German customer?
If so, Spotify are aware of some payment issues with SofortDauerautfrag payments over the past month. If you use that payment method, the payments team will need to lend a hand to get you back up and running again.
As mentioned above, if you got an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I am pretty new to all this so please stick with me .
I upgraded at the weekend to premium and have a receipt to prove it , my problem is as follows -
when I log on via facebook I can get offline music , but when I log on using my user name snipes74 and then my password i can't .
I need to be able to get premium using only spotify login details only and not facebook because if wife wants to use it she gets my face book come up and just want to use login details and get rid of facebook login .
on spotify login it says im only on free but via facebook it say says 30 day trial then £9.99 per month which is what i want but via spotify login not facebook .
Im so confused and you seem the main man to solve problems for idiots like me .
please help .

It sounds like you have set up your subscription on an account connected to your Facebook login rather than the Spotify account you want to use. Don't panic, it is amazingly easy to do! If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to lend a hand to get you set up on the correct account.
