I need help and frankly i am kinda frustrated.

1. I am with Spotify and signed on Premium for the past few years. About 3-4 months back, suddenly my daughters could not access their account. Tried to add them but it keep asking me to verify that they are living with me. Even when I said yes they are, they still could not get access.

 

2. It suddenly seems I have been kicked out of Premium when I checked just now. I am also wondering if I have been paying premium all the while but did not get the service.

Pls help Spotify. I am Jason Wee from Singapore.

Hello,

 

Sorry to hear you've been removed from the Premium for Family plan. Spotify sent an email asking you to provide information so they could verify your account.

 

Most likely, you were removed from the plan either because they could not verify your account based on the information you provided. If this is the case, I highly recommend to reach out to Spotify support service by heading to this link https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/
