Premium Subscription through Paypal is not confirmed

Hi Spotify

I have this frustrating issue with upgrading to Premium.

Everytime I attempt to upgrade my subscription to Premium, this has happened several times in the past year, I am referred to Paypal as a method of settling the account. 

After accepting the purchase of the subscription in Paypal, I am referred back to the Spotify purchase/panel page but nothing come up on the page. It seems as if the process stopped.

I tried to purchase the subscription several times today also using different browsers and clearing cache.

If you let them know as much as you can about your problem, they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP.
