Hi this is the second time I write about this but i haven't got help from the spotify support... My spotify account maxpalm has been hacked I think, because when I try to reset the password by sending it to my mail I don't get a mail to my emailadress. And none of my usual passwords works. I have pay for this account and I have a receipt for it if you guys at spotify want to see it. But can you guys at spotify fix this today, I'm going insane for this!

One of my colleagues dealt with this earlier in the day and you should now be able to login and change your details as necessary with the reset link we provided.

I would suggest that you drop the team a message using online contact form and someone will be able to assist you with this.
If you can't access your account, you can send them a message without signing in from here.
They will need to verify some details with you about your payments that is why it can't be done here.

I have done it about 6 times and I have replied to them but nothing has happend. But can you speed up the process? Beacuse it a little bit scary that someone has much personal information about me.
