Premium but says Its free

Premium but says Its free

My account is premium and saying it's now free can someone please help and tell me how to fix it , as it will not let me listen to any music

Having the same problem. Spotify said since I bought premium through Apple, I need to contact Apple but Apple won't help me.

I have the same problem, I have tried uninstalling the Android App and reinstalling but it still doesn't work, money is being taken, it would be nice if there was a contact phone number so we can speak to someone.

It does however work on Amazon Prime

Hi there! I finally figured out what happened after multiple failed attempts at reaching the Apple iTunes help line. After waiting 50 minutes on hold they finally told me that my subscription for Spotify expired but they still charged me an extra month even though my subscription was over. They gave me a refund of my 14 dollars and told me to re-subscribe straight through Spotify instead of doing it through the iTunes Store because it's cheaper. This maybe happened to you. I would try and re subscribe and see if it fixes your problem. Good luck!
