Premium doesn't work

Premium doesn't work

i have just paid for premium for three months,cant use iphone or ipad to look at radio stations play my starred,doesnt recognise as a premium user tried everthing whats going on!

Hey there!

 

Do not panic. There seems to be a update day - so all people updating they free account to paid account. But wait, this is good thing. 🙂

 

However you receive your Premium very soon. Believe me. There is some trouble with this sometimes, but if you received a email about your purchase, all should be good. Just sit down and enjoy, Spotify will come to you soon.

 

If no Spotify in 12 hours, let know, About Us - Contact Form.

 

However for faster, try those:

 

- Log out and log in back


- Delete your Spotify cache

it works on my laptop, but not on my iphone or ipad, doesnt recognise that i have a premium account, there all connect to the same wifi and it does put my own tunes on to each device, but wont let me listen to starred or use radio on them, just says you need apremium account which ive paid for, ive tried everthing, i give up, its rubbish, should of just stuck with itunes

Spotify is good product. However every device receive a update in different time.

 

Just try to log out and log in to your iPad and iPhone app and all should be good.

 

It's about time. Bear with Spotify when they sort things for you.
