Premium family redeem voucher code not working

Hi there, I clicked on accept invitation and then checked the correct inviote code was present before clicking Redeem but get an error message "Oops something went wrong. try again". treid again and same message. How do I get this fixed? Thanks

Have you tried another browser or private browsing mode on your browser?

Same problem here. I've tried another browser but it only recognises me as the user and therefore my daughter's code won't work. Firefox won't log me out of the account.
