Premium is gone

Hello,

I have a spotify premium free for 3 months, then I started to pay 5,99 € for September and October but now, after the 1st December my Spotify Premium its gone. I have money on my card to pay it, when I try to pay it like for that two months i didnt found it. Its only 8,99 € for family but not 5,99 for one person. Tell me why? I dont want to pay 80 euros for next one year, i want to pay monthly 5,99 €. I didnt recieve any emails and any info about changes with paying system. Im very dissapointed about it and i dont know what to do. Please help.
