I just signed up and got a trial on spotify premium for 30 days, but when I log on there is no text saying premium next to spotify, and I still get ads, and when Im trying to listen to songs on my phone it says I'll need premium.
On the account management it says Ive got an active subscription for 30 days, and I got the receipt.
Please fix it, thank you!

There is currently a known server issue effecting premium upgrades, it should hopefully be fixed soon!

Does that mean we'll get back the money for the day we've paid for but not receieved?!
I've had Premium for 2 months and today had to "resubscribe" for some reason.
Payment went through, but i now have NO Premium on ANY of my devices!!!!

Sadly there is some problems in Spotify servers. Problem is in work at Spotify, they are working hard to bring your Premium status back!
The people scream while the music is amazing, come closer now, there's no need to keep you waiting - Spotify is working with this problem! 🙂

Oddly enough, it SAYS that I have Premium when I go to my subscription status page...
Sadly, I defintely DO NOT have Premium on any device.
Yeah, I've done all of that...
Logged out, reinstalled, yadda yadda... nothing has worked thus far.
I have to say, however, that I appreciate your positive outlook 🙂

The service issues from earlier are now resolved.
Can you try logging out and back in again, and/or a clean reinstallation of the application and you should be back up and running!
