Premium problems

I recently had bought premium for my account and when I pull up the app it says I don't have it I don't understand what's going on

Hi! Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Not having premium on phones can happen sometimes, it's a bug.

All you have to do is one of the following:

  • Log out and log back in the app.
  • Make sure you are logging to the right account (some people get confused and log with different accounts because they believe their Spotify Account is the same as their Facebook Account when it probably isn't).
  • Uninstall and Install the app (make sure you are on the latest version).

 

Are you 100% sure you are Premium? Check at www.spotify.com/account/overview !
