Problem Signing in

So, recently, my email/Spotify got hacked by someone else, using my account and changing the subscription service, listening to my music on another device that isn't mine. I contacted customer support via live chat and they permanently locked everyone out of my account, but when right when I was about to acquire the necessary information the webpage with the live chat crashed and now I'm stuck in an endless loop of not being able to log in to my account no matter what I do. If there is someone I can contact about this to help resolve all this please let me know, I just want to listen to my music without someone else hacking my account.
