Probleme mit Bezahlung/trouble with payment

seit Monaten habe ich das Problem, dass das Geld für Spotify Premium nicht von meinem Konto abgebucht wird und ich jeden Monat manuell überweisen muss, nachdem eine Benachrichtigung von Spotify kommt. Mein Konto ist gedeckt und die angegebenen Kontodaten auf Spotify stimmen auch.

Hatte jemand schonmal das Problem? Ich bitte um Hilfe.

I have one and the same problem since months. The money for Spotify Premium doesn't debit of my account. So I get a mail that Spotify couldn't get the money and I must pay manually. I have enough money for the payment and the dates of my account are right too.

Does anybody had this problem once a time?

Sorry for the late response, sometimes posts get lost in the crowd 🙂 That is odd. When you say "pay manually" what do you mean? Do you also see an error message here?
