Problems after moving to another country

Hi together,

 

I have Spotify as a free user for two years now. I started when I studyied abroad in GB. After moving back home, I didn't change the country in my account. Two months ago I went for 6 weeks to the US and subscribed for Spotify Premium to listen to my music offline.

 

After coming back from holiday, I installed an update and since then: Nothing is working!

 

  1. It said that my current country doesn't match to the one in my profile
  2. Tried to change it in my profile, but doesn't work, because the mail address already exists (yes, of course!)
  3. Tried to change the mail address, but didn't work.

I have no clue what do to now! I'm paying premium but cannot listen to anything! I cannot even stop the subscription of my premium account!
