Problems gift card.

Problems gift card.

Hi .

I just bought a giftcard in Norway to upgrade my account to Premium. ( I live in Norway)

When i'm texing the code it finds how much the card is, but when i'm choosing Premium there's coming up a sign says

"We are currently not able to redeem this code"   What does this mean?

I'd tried yesterday and today, but always the same happens.

I'd be grateful for some help 🙂

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they should be able to look into that a little closer for you. Just be sure to include the code in the message and they can check it out for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
