Problems with log in on the app

Hi there! I'm having problems with the app, I hope somebody can help me. 

 

I tried to log in on the Spotify app but the app don't recognize my account, it shows a message that says that is a problem with login my account, my username and password it's ok, I can open my account on the website but no on the app, I tried to login with my Google account but the app say that is a problem, I tried ask for a login without the password and the app send me an email but when I open the link of my mail, a message appears and says that the link expire.

Somebody help me please

Just to double-check, are you trying to log into your account with your username and password? Or are you using your email address and password? 

Also, could you please share the exact error message you're seeing when attempting to log into the app?

I have the same problem. I can login on the website but I can't on the app on android. I tried to login with the correct username / password and email / password but doesn't work. Also I tried to change the password but still not recognizing my account with the new password. 

 

The message when I try to log is "This email and password combination is incorrect".

When I try to log with Google the message is "An error has ocurred. Try again".

The website is not working... Could you help me without creating a new thread please?

It has happened several times that someone else has played my music. In a completely different style than what I listen to. The solution was to write to the customer service and they fixed it, but this year it caused such a problem that my wrapped list included music that I would never listen to in my life. What's more, the first place was also such a track. What could be the reason for this? Why does it happen more often? Some people are using a cracked app, is that possible? I never listened to the first 3 tracks.
