Purchased premium account and I cannot use it as I am using a foreign card

I am sudent in Denmark but I am doing an erasmus sememster in the Netherlands. I purchased a Spotify premium account using my Danish card when I came here and I cannot use the premium features such as offline listening etc. I have ended my subscription and have re subscribed again but to no avail.

How do I get my premium Spotify account to work while I am here?

Just to note, I don't have any other card.
