Random songs being played

I have a Spotify student premium account. In the USA, using an iPhone and I only use it on my laptop phone and TV. All of a sudden every time I play a song it immediately switches over to a random playlist every single time and it says that no other device is using it. I changed my password deleted the app and logged back in and out and it still won’t stop.
