Hi there

I bought a new phone the other day but I've tried everything but can't recover my premium account , I've somehow been issued with a new free account. There is no contact email or phone help support which I'm abit disappointed with tbh. Pls can you help me with Instructions on how to recover, I really want my old play lists back they took years and years in the making ! 😆

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. We hope you don't mind us moving your reply as the thread where you've posted was a bit outdated.

 

We'd recommend that you get in touch with our Customer Support team via one of the channels here as they can take a closer look into the matter and help you with recovering your account.

 

As much as we'd like to assist you further - we can't make any account related actions here in the Community as we don't have access to the necessary systems and tools to look into this.

 

Keep in mind that you can recover your playlist by yourself. Once you're logged back into the correct account - simply follow the steps here
