Superuser Contribution Will removing someone from Spotify family completely delete their account?

If someone is removed from a family Spotify plan, will their entire account be deactivated? How can they save their account/music/playlists and switch to their own Spotify premium instead?

I upgrades my plan to family plan. I added all 3 of my family members. 2 have no adds and 1 still has adds. We have tried taking him off and re-accepting the invitation. Does not seem to be working. What can I do?Thanks!!
