I am in exactly the same boat. My Sky plan was cancelled 5 July and Sky are adamant it is cancelled. Their bills support this.

However in Spotify I am still a premium customer and they say there is no cancellation.

I want to subscribe to family but can’t as this is stopping me.
I am frustrated and want to scream. Can anybody give me any suggestions please?

I moved your post and created a new topic  so that there is no confusion.

 

Can you let me know the billing date for your subscription with Sky? You'd need to wait until your subscription reverts to Free before you can upgrade to a different plan.
