I am currently getting the same issue. I have a free account in Canada, went to Ireland for 5 weeks and was not able to use my account as Ireland wasn't showing up in the dropdown. Now that I am back in Canada I am having the same issue, the dropdown menu only shows US as an option, even though my IP is Canadian. Can you help me out please?

Let's try using a different browser or an incognito window. You can also try using a different device to update your account's country.

 

If it's still not showing on the drop down list, check if you're using a VPN or proxy that could be interfering wih the process.
